MINDSET

"Healthy Mind, Healthy Body"

Our bodies are pretty amazing and our brain, in particular, is a magical, wonderful tool.

But if something goes wrong you can be seriously derailed and it can be hard to re-calibrate.

When someone has a form of depression in whatever form (eating disorders, self-harming etc), it is all about hurting. It's about having a issue to deal with and that issue is never the same for everyone.

I truly believe that the key to long-term mental and physical health is a intervention, not with medication unless medical intervention is needed is a last resort, but moving and fueling your mind and body properly so that you don't have to try avoid that dark place to be with.

Our bodies and minds are finely tuned and crafted machines and need careful feeding and maintaining. It isn't just about eating good food and getting fit, it's also about how use fitness and nutrition as a way of feeling good and being better than you think you can be.

The majority of people don't know how best to tap into their inner confidence, but believing in yourself is vital to achieve the very best out of life. it's about set your sights high.

"What you feed your body feeds your mind and how you move your body enable both"

Mindset is part of a healthy life style, and affects the way how our mind can function and also our sense of well-being.

Stress is a big factor in the world we live now and that is one of must cumum factor we all share.

Feelings like:

  • Impatience;

  • Nervousness;

  • Distracted;

  • Depressed;

  • Overthinking;

  • Angry;

Or behavior changes like:

  • Avoiding get things done;

  • Avoiding situations and people;

  • Being indecisive;

  • Lack of focus;

  • Restlessness;

  • Feeling tearful or fragile;

  • Being excessively early or late.

We all felt like that right? In the past, right now or maybe in a near future, but it is important highlight that we are all different and therefore react differently in certain situations. What stresses one person out to the point of sleepless nights and overthinking, can trigger much less of a reaction in another person.

It's important not to fall into the trap of comparing yourself to others when looking at these reactions.

	Doesn't really matter how stressful a situation is, but how we perceive and react to it, that is what really matters.
that is why the way we feed our bodies and minds is so important.
	Mindset is everything when is a strong and positive one.
	Essential to developing healthy self-esteem and reinforce our intimate beliefs, attitudes and feelings about ourselves, helping us moving through the fire, get knocked down but not knocked out, or even fight stress, that is:
